Worst mistake you would ever make is being one of medshields clients. you will co-pay everything sometimes they dont even pay you back ones you claim, so be prepared to say you have medical aid but youll be paying for everything yourself. they never answer the phone or they take long to answer. they send useless email about looking into your query but never really solve it.
