Worst medical aid - Unpaid claims

Very dissapointed in Medshield. Firstly I never received my maternity bag after calling numerous times and was told the courier will deliver. My son will 1 year in July and to date I haven't received the bag. Secondly, my son was admitted in May 2020 and tests were done. Medshield is refusing to pay claims even though Pathcare are explaining that certain tests are not duplicates and codes submitted cannot be amended. When I get a chance I will definitely change my medical and I won't recommend anyone using Medshield
