worst medical aid, terminated medical aid before termination date

Worse medical aid in South Africa!!!! Quick to take your money!!!! I wanted to terminate my medical aid, got my medical aid certificate stating it will only be terminated at the end of December so I had to change my date on my new medical aid as well, but then I saw my email was sent through before the cut off date, I told them this no feedback what so ever, I do have prove that I never got a response nor a new medical aid certificate that states my date has changed. This morning I check no debit order went off, I logged on and saw it is TERMINATED!!!!!! no warning nothing???? Pathetic, phoned this morning and you guys are closed?????? due to a function?????? So now I am without a medical aid for an entire month??????? thank you so much medshield if something happens to me in this month you guys will be in trouble, due to basically lying to me and not even responding to me on my emails.
