Worst medical aid- ********

I transfered to Medshield in December 2021,where I had disclosed all my current illnesses as I'm very much aware that one needs to disclose when moving. At the time I was pregnant and that was stated as well. Have been paying them well as they were debiting on my account. When cane a time for the medical aid to approve my admission to my chosen hospital as I was going to have a c section I was told that my pregnancy was not disclosed. This was in April a few days before my due date. I then queried this issue. Upon me querying, the medical aid decided to terminate my membership without doing any investigation. I ended up giving birth at a public hospital. I continued following up until there was someone who was willing to investigate. After the investigation ut was found on the recording that I did disclose my pregnancy however the agent that was assisting me did not capture everything. I went as far as corresponding with the agent but the only thing she could do was to refer me to her seniors. Her name is Bulelwa Bata. What disappoints me the most is that after they had terminated my membership, they went on and reversed all the funds they had paid to my GP and LAB ,that I had consulted in December and January. I don't think it's fair that I end up paying for these debt whereas the medical aid was being paid for everyone. I need someone to make me understand why the funds were reversed because the outcome was clear that I was not the one on the wrong. I need to be contacted urgently and I want a refund of all the premiums I paid from December to April
