WORST MEDICAL AID IN THE WORLD!

Once again ( 2nd time this year) I have to struggle to claim for something through the medical aid I pay thousands to each month! I had a heart operation last year and my GP suggested I get compression socks to help with blood clots...I phoned and checked that it was covered, I got the needed letters and got the auth. Then unfortunately I needed to get a new auth as the socks I need are a bit more expensive sadly...only to get the runaround and say they need a Dr note....which was supp**** to them 3 times!!!!! They cannot even read a normal Dr referral note and don't understand Dr templates etc. They really should hire people that are educated in medical practice! I am fed up begging for auths when I as the client follow the procedure!
