Worst Medical Aid in SA

We sent a complain regarding not being paid by Medshield for a patient that we treated while in hospital last year November.

I received a call from Medshield lady by the name Carol Ndima... she said they will investigate and then on the 5th of June 2020 i got an email from her stating that our claim is being processed and will be paid on their next payment run.

Today the 17th of June 2020 i’ve sent an email to her again asking for a specific date on which our claim will be paid. she sent me a response stating they are still investigating the matter.

So its true and proven Medshield does’nt pay Health Care Service Providers or should i say Black Service Providers
