Worst medical aid ever. Please do not go with them.

Most ************* medical aid ever! I left my medical aid to join medshield because i felt they were more direct. I joined with my broker on 16th april 2019 and it started 01 May 2019. I was send a letter that i have waiting periods for my eyesight and my husband for kidney stones. I was specifically told i would have no other waiting periods as i was on a medical aid. On the 16th May 2019 i found out i was pregant and the medical aid said they would not pay for my pregnancy claiming i knew i was pregnant before i joined which qould never have been possible as i had my last period 1st april 2019 and was waiting for my next period 1 may 2019. I was told to send a letter from the doctor and a blood test, which i did. I then received a email again, not even the decency to call me directly. Stating that they wont cover as pregnancy has a waiting period of 12 months. This was never told to me. If it was i would never have moved medical aids as i was trying. I have never experienced such dishonesty. And now waking up i receive a email stating my medical aid is terminated with so called waiting periods and it including my pregnancy all of a sudden. This is the worst medical aid ever. People should never move over. I have never received a call from anyone during this hole thing.
