Worst Medical Aid

Never ever did i think i would have to pay for horrible service but it seems this is the case with Medshield since inception of my policy i haven't been happy as the sales consultant **** about the plan she sold and then after the administration of the plan is just horrible and this is scary cause what will then happen when we have an emergency. The lack of service from this company is appalling to say the least and no one takes responsibility it feels like everyone is just trying to figure out what's happening while talking to you no seems to know process and this honestly doesn't do much for confidence as a customer joining this medical aid honestly has been the worst mistake we've made this year worst medical aid ever.
