Worst medical aid and worst customer service

Worst medical, they give you the run around in paying the claims and worst customer service ever. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed it's been 2 months now and they said the issue would be resolved in 5-7 days. Getting different stories every time I call. They don't have the decency to keep the client updated. This scheme is a ******* to clients. They don't care they just happy to debit your account that's it.
