Worst medical aid

Terrible medical aid. They messed up my authorisation then had to reverse it. They paid only a third of my surgery and then to cap it all, their statement was totally incorrect. *********** from start to finish. I can't wait to leave them. Unfortunately I can only do it at the end of the year because of my employer's policy.
