Worst medical aid

You should not even get a star... We raised a petition for one of our friends with how your service for a paying client, was canceled.

Now that we are raising our voices on social media, we get deleted.

Your PR stunts in the back grounds can maybe be stopped on Facebook but you won't stop us on hello peter. People, the public need to know how you treat your customers.

In short

Paying client, medical aid terminated without any notice, credit on the account, completes forms to reactivate, no feedback from medshield, 4 weeks to try and activate medical aid, eventually request a different medical aid and they assist. Requests a refund, they still haven't resolved it.

Opinion - I will let the world know how bad your customer services is, reading through hello peter, you should be ashamed. Since writing our complaints, you still till today, phoned the client about the bad service... Shocking
