Worst experience ever

Medshield is the Worst medical, they give you the run around in paying the claims and worst customer service ever. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed it's been 4 months now and they said the issue would be resolved in 5-7 days. Getting different stories every time I call. They don't have the decency to keep the client updated. This scheme is a ******* to clients. They don't care about member's well-being, only when receiving monthly contributions. I want the money due to me paid as In yesterday, this is an inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this scheme to anyone.
