Worse Medical Aid Company

Very disappointing service from Medsheild yet all payments are up to date. They do not have their patients best interest in heart. Also their call centers are very unhelpful. They give you the run around. Makes you think that in times of an emergency they will just drop you. I'm very disappointed in hippo.co.za wrongfully advising me to choose this medical aid option.
