why should I suffer when I pay you every month
Please explain thoroughly what Medshield actually mean when they say benefits are unlimited because I had to be discharged even though I was not Ok just because my 21 days in a psychiatric ward were exhausted, Medshield never took into consideration the fact that I ended up back into hospital just because they refused to pay for my chronic medication where as they assured the doctor that all is well I am registered under their chronic programme. I stayed without meds for 7 days and I automatically relapsed and had to be admitted again . All because of you and on top of that you refused to extend my days even when the doctor sent several emails but no response till today. Membership number *** . And you have not paid for the CT scan performed on the 14 of June 2019. Why should I suffer this much where as I pay every month?
