WHY IN HOSPITAL CLAIMS PAID LESS BUT I HAVE 100% IN HOSPITAL COVER
Can any explanation be given why my medical aid (Medshield) does not cover 100% payments for in hospital admittions that's supposed to be paid according to the GAP cover because the patients were admitted to hospital. GAP cover also refuses to pay the difference from the hospital account and that was paid by the medical aid.
