Wake up Medshield!
I ask for the scheme rate on a endoscope so I can see if its fully covered if I go in, I sent an email on the 1st of December, today is the 11th of December...The procedure is tomorrow morning. ALL OF THE INFORMATION THEY NEED FOR THIS QUERY IS ON MY PROFILE, THIS is the reply I get: Dear Member
Thank you for email query. Kindly provide us with Nappi/Tariff/Procedures codes in order to assist; you will also need to get hospital authorization for any procedures done in hospital.

Palesa Nhlapo ------------------------------------- Let me tell you, 11 days waiting for this information, every email query takes them almost 2 weeks to answer a simple question, THEY WILL OPEN my profile, POST MY EMAIL onto it, with their reply, but GOD FORBID that they simply LOOK AT WHAT THEY AUTHORISED and TELL ME! DONT bother replying to me now, ITS TOO LATE to do ANYTHING about it now. Ill wait for the Bill to come and see whats what myself.
