VERY RUDE CONSULTANT

called medshield to follow up on a claim that was rejected for my chronic daughter ...this was about two weeks ago ....i was told they will resubmit as the wrong codes were used hence the claim was rejected. i dd a follow up call 3 days later was told they still working on it called back about another 4 days later was told they still working on it .as im typing this i have been placed on HOLD BY A VERY RUDE *********** LADY WHO SAID I CANNOT SPEAK TO HER MANAGER AND WHEN I INISISTED SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD , SHE THEN CAME BACK TELLING ME SHE LISTENED TO THE CALL AND I SAID I WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER NOT TEAM LEADER AND SAID HOLD BEFORE MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I WAS PUT ON HOLD AGAIN....now here is my concern as mentioned my daughter is chronic patient with me having a hospital bill of almost R13k and all this consultant was able to do was give me attitude without showing an empathy -ref no: 150424Q4SY84
