Very poor service delivery for patients in need

Poor service from Medshield, while patients wait for up to 2 months for PMB authorisations! Simply not acceptable for patients requiring acute trauma counselling and intervention. Call centre, unable to assist, simply told that the request will be escalated, but despite this, nothing further has been done. Would not advise anyone to take out medical aid with this company. Discovery medical aid will authorise PMB requests within 48 to 72 hours! That is service delivery for you.
