Very poor service
If I could give half a star, I would. Very unimpressed. Most of the time, they do not respond to any queries or emails - terrible customer service. In November 2023, I had an emergency situation and was taken specifically to one of Medshield's network hospitals, yet they didn't pay one cent. I'm definitely changing to another medical aid.
