very dissapointed

I am continuously trying to get 2 unpaid Dental claims paid. They were authorized and Medshield was dealing with my query stating it would get resolved. It is going on month now and Dental lab and Dental practitioner are requesting their money. I am not sure how many sms and accounts I am receiving every week. If I had the money upfront I would of paid instead I thought to have a medical aid that would take care of me through there procedures. I now have over 7000 thousand rand claims awaiting payment and the providers are irate with me. Please advise. I know you guys have been trying to have a resolution at the same time I am the one the Providers get irate with and its not fair specially during this festive season.
