USELESS MEDICAL AID DOESN'T CARE

I have been with Medshield for about 5 years now. In 2021, I have not even been at the dentist once. Now, I need a very urgent bladder operation, It is absolutely necessary, as I am living in agony. What a mission to get authorisation for one of the procedures! I have spent hours on the phone, and still no joy. The doctor can ONLY operate on me on a specific date, as he is fully booked for this year. I simply cannot wait till next year. And Medshield just doesn't care. I was supposed to go tomorrow for the COVID test, and be admitted on Friday. WHAT A USELESS BUNCH!
