Extremeley poor service and misleading sales team i was informed that my medshield mediphila scheme would alow me hospital acess in pretoria wich is not the case the scheme does not alow me acess to any hospital whatso ever the website does not have corect information and cotact numbers ti thier network list n would not recommend them to any one they even went as far as for me not to be able to change my plan till the following year so in essance im just paying for an useless medical aid
