Unprofessional, inhumane and ********* - Does not care about people and honouring obligation

Unprofessional and ********* in many ways. Should you find yourself in an emergency situation - all I will say is good luck because they pull every trick in the book to not pay, even for PMBs. My recommendation to anyone is that be warned - this scheme does not care about its client despite what they say. My experience has not been pleasant at all and I am seriously concerned at how unprofessional and ********* can this scheme be and still be allowed to operate. To some extent, without any level of exgeration, I convinced a person can die with all the benefits that are due them from this scheme while they are being unprofessional, hiding behind codes and *********. This to me is evil and should be allowed to operate. If you are considering this scheme, you are warned - The Scheme is not what it says it is - if there is anything, it does contrary to what it says. I regret leaving my medical for this one. You are warned, this medical aid is unprofessional, inhumane, and *********.
