UNPAID CLAIM - SUBMITTED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PAYMENT

I have submitted this hospital claim 2x previously for payment – 1ste September and today(16th Nov 2022). The hospital submitted it 3 x for payment since June up till now. No payment received. In September they submitted the claim again and received feedback from Medshield that the account is not active which is a lie as the account is/was active. They did submit the claim again via paper claim and online claim. No response or payment!!!

Can we please get this sorted ASAP as they now want to hand me over to attorneys for collections because it’s not paid!!!!
