UNPAID CLAIM
I'M SICK AND TIRED OF MEDSHIELD AND PHARMACY DIRECT. I received notification that I owe pharmacy direct R352.66 of which I don’t understand why would my CHRONIC benefits be used up in MAY and surprisingly from JUNE to DECEMBER you got full payments. I’M NOT SURE WHO IS THE CULPRIT HERE BUT SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB ITS EITHER MEDSHIELD OR PHARMACY DIRECT. I HAVE BEEN USING PHARMACY DIRECT FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. I'M EVEN CONSIDERING OR WITHDRAWING MY CURRENT SCRIPT AND MOVE IT TO ANOTHER PHARMACY.

Kindly be advised that we have been liaising with Pharmacy direct and they have advised as follow:
The account in arrears referred to is for medication provided to you on the 24th of October 2014, due to co-payments app**** as the medication was out of formulary .However full payment was done by yourself on the on the 25th February 2019 , no outstanding amount .
