Unhappy customer poor poor poor service

Good day I'm deeply hurt and confused about how Medshield works. last year I was affected with COVID to a point that I had to go to hospital I went to Herbcus hospital Casualty word I was stabilized than transferred to Edern Gardens Hospital got admitted. Both the hospitals gave not been payed when I call Medshield I get different stories from different agents last one I got is that I was sti under waiting period so I couldn't go to a private hospital are a G.P unless I pay cash but when I took this medical aid I was advised that I will be covered for EMG so when I got infected with COVID I knew and I was told it was emergency so my medical Aid will cover now I'm seating on bills on bills hospitals, Lancet, Dr calling and emailing me I need help course I'm not not happy this stressing me out. Latest claim I received is from Lancet it was (Dr ST Shangase, dated: 2020/07/27 contact number *** that does not go through Practice number: *** I have never been to this DR.
