Unhappy client 💔💔
I’ve been waiting forever for my surgery authorization, and after providing all the medical history they asked for, they still declined it. I’m really unhappy with this medical aid and would never recommend it to anyone. The worst part is I’m in pain and they can’t help me. I was with a different medical aid before, and they told me that since there was no gap between the two, I wouldn’t have to deal with any waiting periods. But now, everything’s been declined. As a new member, I’m beyond disappointed and really regret joining this scheme."

21 Aug 2025, 10:15I was approved for surgery on the 19th of August and received an official approval email. Then suddenly, on the 21st, the status was changed to declined — without any proper explanation. I submitted all required documents, including a motivation from my doctor. I followed every step your team asked for.My surgery was booked for the 25th. I took leave from work, prepared myself emotionally and physically — only to be told it's now not approved? This is completely unacceptable.How can a medical aid approve something and then go back on their word? I trusted your process, and now I'm left in the dark with my health on hold.This kind of treatment shows a serious lack of professionalism and care. I truly regret joining this medical aid and will never recommend it to anyone.Sort this out ASAP. I expect a response and proper explanation.
