Unhappy client

I am extremely ****ed off with this medical aid. I am currently 6 months pregnant and received the new benefits and the hospital I am currently using is no longer on my plan, how can I change hospitals and doctors at this point, this is extremely unprofessional. I have been calling and not getting the assistance I need and to change my plan is an additional R800, I do not have this extra funds for this. I need urgent assistance to fix this.
