Unhappy client

Medshield seems to be messing up my medical aid and when I try to use them it says no funds available. I tried to call all numbers on a Saturday as I needed assistance and no number works.. This is very unprofessional, there should be people available to assist. The app also does not work. How should we get assistance when we have an emergency on the weekend. You should do better, this is very bad customer service. Even with other medical aids we can still call on a Saturday for atleast half the day for assistance, with you guys no contact at all.
