Unfair behaviour from my medical aid I have been a member for many many years Including My entire family I have crones dieses For half My life I have been hospitalised half My life Last year I had to undergo many surgeries due to the crones Including putting a stoma bag Then hernias Mt doctor recommended biologic medication and medshiled declined now my question is I m suffering is my medical aid even bothered about it If this treatment can't help me relive the crones and my pain why can't my medical aid pay don't come back telling me it's not covered under my option plz I have a pmb condition Nd it should be covered
