Unauthorized initial debit order
<div>I merely enquired on the web for affordable medical aid. Hippo kicked in and all of a sudden there is a debit against my account on the 1 February 2022 for cover to which I never authorized. I was merely enquiring and comparing quotes. Please can Medshield provide me with proof of authorization from my side? I am now out of pocket for an unplanned expense!</div>

22 Apr 2022, 09:35It is now 3 months later and NO Refund. I have never ever been treated this way. Their internal processes or ********** dealings has made me lose my mind.
They still haven’t done my refund and they still insist that their “Senior Management team is looking into the matter and undergoing an internal audit.
Give me my money back and carry on with your audit!!!! This is highway ******* and they don’t care? I wonder who is in charge of this syndicate of *******? I’m guessing someone senior in this ********** company has pulled a fast one on them and got away with a lot of cash (reading previous comments) because now it has become one big huge mess and they don’t want to admit to it.
Please please give me back my refund this afternoon please? Even if your ghost CEO has to pay out of his/her pocket just this once I would really appreciate it.
