Unattended claims

I am really not happy with Medshield. For all my Lab test they don't want to pay for it, hiding behind "no benefit for the test". What do they actually cover for? I pay a while lot of money on a monthly basis because i wanted to have a secured health service/care. But do they really expect me to pay everything separately after they debited their monthly premium??? On two incidents me and my daughter where sick obviously tests needed to be done so we can identify what's the problem and get prescriptions. No tests where done out of fun or cause we just wanted to use the medical funds. Now I'm sitting with lab bills that needs to be settled and month end again fully pay them. That's totally unfair. I'm a Medical Credit Controller myself by profession and such things are really annoying
