UNABLE TO CLAIM
MY GRANDMOTHER IS REGISTERED FOR RHEUMATOID ARTRITIS AND ACCORDING TO THE MEDIPLUS CHRONIC FORMULA LIST MOISTURE EYE DROPS ARE PART OF THE BASKET OF CARE TREATMENT. AND YET WHEN SHE TRIED CLAIMING THE MEDICATION IT BECAME REJECTED I HAVE QUERIED IT NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO CONSILTANT IS ABLE TO PROPERLY ASSIST AS USUAL WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW THIS IS URGENT.
SPERSATEAR AND OPTIVEPLUS ARE THE DROPS THAT ARE REQUIRED AND ARE ON THE FORMULARY .
MIGHT IT REQUIRES A SYSTEM OVERIDE.
