Un acceptable service

They continuously send emails noting that they are working on complaints but never finalize complaints. When you call to talk to the person that sent the email they put on music & forget about you. They request new forms to be completed by doctors to update PMB benefits but fail to process them. Since 2020 they have been reducing doctors consultations by two from 8 now to 4. This despite one getting older & Medshield every year increasing premiums. Not acceptable service from Medshield.
