I have been struggling with this medical aid for the past week they say their turn around time is 5 working days yet they do not keep up to their own ETA

I sent out an email on 12 May to this day 21 May 2025 the issue has not yet been resolved.

On 14 May i sent an exact same case different dependent it was resolved within 24hrs and when I questioned why the other was resolved with such ease they told me that different agents are working on it. Big up to Tlalane Maleleka he is doing his part.

To get anything to work with these people i have to constantly call Billy Khoza one of their agents/consultants promised me yesterday on a call that I made at 08:18 that the issue was escalated and I told him that the lady that I spoke to on Friday had sold me the same nonsense

He further went on to promise and confirm that by midday yesterday it will be resolved today I am still sitting with an automated email that it is being looked into see below Medshield is at present working on resolving your query - 120525(i wont give out the whole ref) and will periodically send electronic notification until we reach a resolution.

At that point one of our experienced agents will be in contact to discuss and/or confirm the details.

This was sent this morning 5 days turnaround = 10 days nothing done vs 24hr by Tlalane this institution is a joke.
