THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER

I’m rating Medshield Zero The consultants are rude … Twice I was told off by the consultants I needed to see psychologist and no one explained the process of them lapsing my savings before I can access pmb .. oh then I went to the psychologist then I saw my savings are getting used!!!? I call for explanation I’m told then stop going what’s your problem??? By the consultant .. second one I currently have a situation that requires an operation i am in terrible pain..was told “go to bara hospital “ if it’s that bad !!? but I’m paying thousands of rands of this stupid medical aid!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!
