The worst medical aid
<p>Medshield is the worst medical fund I have ever joined!! My son had gromits in 2013, after which we had a break in medical cover for about a year. We have joined medshield 3 months ago, and suddenly now he has to get gromits again, which we never thought would happen. This was disclosed to the broker from ManageAll that came to see us, after which she said it is not necessarry to declare it since it was so long ago. Medshield just informed us that they will not cover the operation since it was not declared to the fund FFS, hundreds of kids get this every month, its not a pre-existing condition. I am terminating my membership today and going backc to discovery. Seems like you get what you pay for.</p>
