The worst experience of my life. Scheme not recognised and covered nothing

Terrible scheme. Don't cover anything at regular practitioner visits (dentist's doctor, optometrists, etc.) And the schemes plan isn't even recognises at the practices office. No one can get through to them on the phone, they deny claims like crazy, their network of practitioners is out of date (many haven't been working there for years and have changed offices despite being listed in a different location on the site and app). All around a terrible experience. Can't believe that cunning broker suggested this terrible scheme to me.
