My friend requires urgent surgery for a condition that may be cancerous. All required documentation was submitted, medical reports, motivational letters, and every supporting document requested. Despite this, she has been left waiting for over a month with no resolution.

When someone is facing a potentially life-threatening condition, delays like this are not just administrative issues, they cause real fear, stress, and risk. It is shocking how slow and unresponsive this medical aid has been, especially given how serious the situation is.

This experience has shown a complete lack of urgency and compassion. No one should have to fight this hard for care when they are already dealing with the possibility of cancer. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this medical aid with their health.
