The worst!!
No Star at all (heatbreak), By far the worst medical aid and overall service company to deal with in my personal experience and that of my partner. My partner registered for the Martenity benefit ahead of time as advised, but now the medical aid is not paying the gynae because a Patogram test was not performed.
