the worse Medical aid ever

terrible service from med shield i have an internal abscess have had it for weeks its painful and i have a fever as a result i cannot put pressure on my right leg or walk properly at time my leg even loses feeling .my Dr called to get authorization for me to be admitted today so it can be drained or surgery to be done med shield advised they would email me the authorization status vis email as my phone broke i had to go to an internet café to find that ad mission has not been approved nor can i get authorization to see the surgeon even though i have been referred by my network doctor so!!!!
