The most rude and unhelpful customer service

They are a horrible medical aid they say they sent communication apparently abt doctors they have paid multiple consultations in the last 5 months now they decided to not pay my doctor or pay for my meds that Sbongile girl was ride and unhelpful she hung up on my twice
