The absolute worst medical aid in SA

<p>Theres little to tell:</p> <p>They are appaling at administration</p> <p>The staff are as dof as dof can be</p> <p>They changed benefits mid-year merely stating it was an error!!!! FFS!</p> <p>After being a member for 5 years they made me wait close to 4 months simply to tell me they could not authorise my much required surgery - thereafter a note was sent out re an error on the benefit brochure - this on the 21 June - close to 7 months later.</p> <p>Doctors cant understand their codes and claims are simply rejected based on these.</p> <p> </p> <p>If the above wont make you steer clear, you deserve to be with them.</p>
