I would just like to say thank you to Medshield. I have been on the Medivalue plan for 8 years and have not had any issues once. In the past 8 years we've had 4 hospitalizations in my family of which the last one was my baby 3 weeks ago. Medshield covered everything every single time without any issues and also never issues with pre-authorizations. When i hear people complain about their medical aid issues where they pay an arm and a leg for their "proper med aid" I just feel proud to be part of Medshield.
