I battled for 7 weeks to sort a technical problem out on Medshields side. No one could manage to sort it out/or didn't care to assist. I didn't even get any help after I wrote a review on Hello Peter. When I followed up again today, I spoke to Yolanda and between herself and Reece, the supervisor, they sorted the problem out in a morning. Thank you to Yolanda and Reece for your helping me and also corresponding with me. It is nice to know that there are still people who care about their clients.
