Terrible turn around times and BAD service !!!
I have logged an enquiry with the scheme on the 26 July 2022 it's been over a month waiting for response.This is totally not acceptable and bad service at its best.Not even thier complaints department is responding.All you get is they are still busy with the enquiry.
