Terrible service

My daughter has been struggling with a really blocked nose for the last 5 weeks. We went to an ENT, medshield approved the consultation. ENT advised a small simple procedure to remove her adenoids and help her breathe better. It would have been a short procedure in a day hospital. Medshield denied the procedure, saying it's not covered in her plan. They cannot give me any more information other than that. I've been paying for a hospital plan, only to find out a simple hospital surgery won't be covered. In the meantime my 11 year old takes 2 hours to fall asleep at night as she struggles to breathe .
