Terrible medical aid ever
After almost 7 years of being on this medical aid I have gone in a financial situation with the lockdown that has affected my business I was unable to pay my premium. I requested for grace period mean if they can suspend my membership for 4 months to allow to recover they refused and terminated me. It all about the money I do not have control over covi19.
