Taking hard working money for a joke

<p>I have been with Medshield Medical aid, I was admitted to hospital for my back which was in pain. I couldn't walk right without leaning to my sides to take away the pain. Went for and MRI scan and it shows clearly that my discs are cracked I need to have and operation which is the prothesis. After so many attempts the declined it because they said I am not covered on it but to my knowledge I am when I signed up with them and was never informed of the changes, been to the specialist on Tuesday because the medical aid said that they want prove from the Physio if I need it. My specialist said that he cannot send me to the Physio therapy because if they press wrong on my back they will leave me paralyzed and then he is left with a bigger problem, they need to man up and say that they messed up on their side and not blame people for their mess. If they don't we will be taking this matter to the ombudsman.</p>
