Taking hard working money for a joke
<p>Still no satisfaction from the medical aid, will be taking this to the Council for Medical Schemes this week. </p> <p> </p> <p>Different stories given everytime, well I just had enough now and will take this further. </p> <p>Membership number ********** 4584</p>

Kindly note, the authorisation request has been declined in accordance to scheme rules as a scheme exclusion. It should be noted, the letter of motivation and scan results were reviewed by the medical advisor. Our hospital department was in contact with your doctor and the ICD 10 code that was provided, is not a PMB hence this has been declined as per scheme rules.
